Ponytail......

Hello everyone!

I have been so busy with my new job, God is good.... Yesterday I wanted to try something with my hair, I pulled my hair up and I was thinking, I can put my hair in a ponytail... so I did. Just the top but I was still able to do so.... Enjoy th picks, by August my first year locversay I should have a full ponytail:)

Sister Loc family, yes I have been away for a while, I have such wonderful news, God is truly good, not off of what I heard but what I know. I recently was promoted into the ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT as a Change Control Analyst. You guys I just graduated with my degree in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix less than 8 months ago. My interview was January 12,2009. I prayed for two years for God to elevate me into my career field, I had no experience, I only had experience in faith, out of 112 applicants I was one of 1 of 2 that was chosen to interview. By that Wednesday my previous manager had gotten a call, and b/c of the process with Human Resources they held that info for 2 weeks. The HR rep contacted, emailed me the contract, told me I had a 56 percent raise. OOOOOOHHHHH, i'm the only black woman in my department. Thank you Lord..... here are some updates with my first day shot and 7 month updates. I was also in a photo shoot today, my consultant is revamping her web page, so look for me......

4 Months

I have more shots of my hair, this is my 4 month update, also I have a picture of my son in bed, he comes in the middle of the night and he dos a make shift security around the bed so he don't fall out....

3 months Pictures

Happy Holidays to everyone, I finally have my three month pictures. I really do love my hair, I know thse are repeat words but I do. I have Thanksgiving pic after my friend styled my hair, I also have the wash and band and a close pic after I washed my hair.

Hair Shrinkage

I know, I know, I don't have any pictures, but my hair is shrinking. Is that a good sign that my hair is locing. I hope so I have bee doing everything that I was suppose to do from the beginning. When I pull my hair then it extends, then when I let it go it springs back up. Hopefully I will only be at this stage momentarily. If not I love wearing headbands and scarves.
