Guys I had to do this! Take a look at the first shot of my locks and look at me today! My hair has grown so much, I love my locks I know I say this a lot but oh well, it is the truth!
Thank you all for the compliments,I try and do what my lotician says, I only use herbal spray that I buy from my loctician and I mix half with water. With me, I only wash my hair right before it is time for me to get a retightening. I wore braids for years and my hair does not get a lot of build up. Also I do so my hair will lock faster.
Not sure if it works or not but my loctician says my hair is coming along great. I got my hair retighten on Saturday and it took about 1 hour or so, I will post pics soon. As for vitiamins, I take womens one a day, the one with twice the calcium and vitiamn D. I drink water all day everyday, this week I was a little stressed and drank 5 sodas, that is why my face broke out.... No more for me no matter how stressed I am.
yeah that is crazy growth. i don't take my vitamins regularly and my water drinking is inconsistent at best lol. maybe i should do what you're doing so that in 2 months i have a GIANT growth spurt too!
